Default Balancing On-Line

I have some problems balancing my wheels. I have the rims refurbished and the 4 wheels balanced 4 times in 6 month. Results were good but not what I m looking for, a relaxed vibration free ride at medium & high speeds.

Last time I went to a very good shop and they tell me that they could get better results balancing the wheels on the car, with the "old fashion" balancing machine, but they believe that this could not be done on a AWD car.

Does anyone know if this procedure could damage the differencials?

That shop is full of $ihT. Go to a shop that has lifetime balancing and do it there. The more sofisticated the machine looks the better. . There are specialized machines that balance the wheels with a load on and that can determine if the wheel is bent or if the tire is defective..Look around the net for shops with that type of equipment in your area.
