Post Drain Plug Thread Size

Does anybody have any idea what thread size the drain plug is? I'd just go measure the darn thing but then, you see, all my oil comes out..

I ask because Aeroquip has this fancy drain plug system that looks to make changing oil much cleaner (plus it looks all trick and stuff...).

That looks kinda cool, but you should check out the Aeroquip FLOCS system. It's a two-part system that is much less messy than that one. It's got a female part that you push a hose onto a barbed end and then push the female end into the coupling that threads into the drain plug hole. It's quick and very clean.

No link because the only good info they have is in their .pdf file, but check out www.aeroquip.com

Much less messy? I hook up a simple hose to the nipple, put the other end into a gallon jug and flip the lever. No drip, no mess. Can't get much easier than that.
