Default When to flip Victoracers?

I use them for autox. The small tread depth "holes" are still visible on the outside edges. My tread gauge says the little holes are now about 2/32nds deep, so I assume that's how much usable rubber is left.

Should I run them until the rubber wears down to the point that I can no longer distinguish the "holes", then flip them and use the other edge? Or, should I flip them before that?

BTW: I'm stock, so lack of neg. camber means the outsides wear more quickly.
