Post What does radiator coolant do to copper?

I used a copper pipe to make a T foe water temp sensor. Would there be a problem because it is copper?

Thumbs up

Since most radiators are made of copper, it shouldn't be a problem

Sure, have fun. After all if copper survies most city water systems it will survive a car motor.

Oh and do yourself a big favor, and NEVER get a copper cored radiator.
