Costum water foger
Costum WRX Intercooler
Turbonetics MBC (set a 9psi)
Turbonetics (T3/T4 Garette) Turbo
B&N Oil Engine Cooler
Unorthodox Racing Full Pulley Kit
420cc WRX injector
VDO Oil Presure Gauge
VDO EGT Gauge
VDO Boost Gauge
Extreme VDO Tack
Split Second TMC1 timing controler
Now i have did 43,000km with it ontil ti is tubo (105,000km) but now it sont like it is time to do the engine before it let me down!!!
But it is also time to install e EMS!!!
But I dont have the money to do the both in same time. The question is that do you think i can drive a full done engine(piston, rod, ported head) with the electronic I have for now???
Or should I bye e EMS and Pray that the engine stand still???

I would get the EMS down first. I wouldn't go any harder with the electronics you are runing now. It would have to be setup super safe with an awesome tune to take the 9psi you are tossing into it right now! I am impressed! (gives me encouragement for my emanage tuning).
get a standalone - start at low boost - and get the car running much smoother than it is now. You could end up blowing your new build engine quite easily on the piggyback and regret it. I would get EMS first. I am doing another project now and getting a hydra for it. It will come with a awesome basemap done by phil at element tuning that alone will put your previous setup with piggybacks to shame. That is what I am going to do on my friends project 2.2t RS.
by "fogger" do you mean water injection or IC spray?

yah get the ems, tune it on the engine you have now, that way incase anything happens, it happens to the stock engine.

your stock engine is still gonna be your weakest point. At the risk of being unpopular, i would say: new engine, then upgrade the engine manangment.
SAFC is perfectly capable of tuning for low boost applications. EMS has timing control, but all of its other functions are really just "nice" , not necessary for engine preservation.
Personally i would slap an ej22t, or STI block in there, run low boost w/ the SAFC, and then some day get some sort of timing control (or EMS).
