Stay away from these guys. Horrible service. Here's a brief summary of my experience with them :
1) Coming in for major 15k service : service desk tells me to go upstairs and wait. They told me they'd call me down. I waited 3 hours for a half hour job. Came down stairs asked why wasn't I told that the car was ready, they just shrugged. 2) Needed part fixed, same deal went up...waited..2 hours...came down asked what the ****, my car is outside and ready and no one is calling me down? 3) My window switch died, I come into the dealership the service guy treats me like a kid sneers at me when I say I have appointment and want to drop off my car. Tells me go outside fill out drop key form. I go outside after this rude **** tells me where it is, fill it out...the folder doesn fit through the tiny drop hole. Went back inside to service desk, said doesn't fit through there. He grabs it and throws on desk, sneers. Right now I am so pissed off. After work I'm going to speak to the manager over there and tell him exactly what I think of the dealership's ****ty service.

I went there in May with my parents when they were looking to buy a used Forester. Since their car had been totalled (the old car wasn't a Subaru), I had to drive them everywhere. It was weird when I parked in Natick - they looked at me like I was some kind of freak or had stolen a car... I have a 2004 Impreza. All the salesmen in the showroom literally went up to the window to have a look. None of the other Subaru dealers we went to did that! What was up with that?
Ironically, my car originally was part of Natick's stock. They needed a certain Outback for a customer, North End in Lunenburg had it and they traded the OB for my Impreza (which was convenient - everything happened in like 2 days). Back in late March when I bought my car Platinum Silver A/T RS's weren't that common in MA, and hardly anyone had them in stock ![]() I guess I won't go to Natick if I ever need service down there ![]() |
