Is the weapon R intake w/ dragon filter any good?

i saw the dyno sheet of a prelude with the weapon r intake with dragon filter and it increased 7.2 HP at the wheels...

The hp is the good news....but at what rpm?
Had one on & switched to Ganzflow. I noted a loss in low end torque with weapon-r and good noisy high end response.

I have one and I like it a lot. The sound is sweet. Of course I have modified mine a little from stock by building a heat shield and adding one more length of pipe to get it to fit the way I wanted it to, but yes the horsepower is definately better than stock, or on any of my previous intake versions.
