Default what should i do?

well i was on my way home last night and i got ran off the road and ran into a curb. i have 5-zigen fighters w/ low pro tires and i have a pretty bad curb scrape on the rim and the tire has a cut along the side wall with a chunk hanging off it. it is not leaking air. my question is:
a. is there any way to repair the rim?
b. should i just cut the chunk off and use that tire like normal or should i replace that tire and the tire on the other side?

thanks for your help!!
bryan

definitly replace the tire, and im pretty sure when you replace one you have to replace bothe fronts or both rears.

or have the tire shop shave the new tire

but if there is a chunk out of the tire it definitly has lost its integrity

see if you can find a single replacement - maybe even from 5zigen, wheel companies have pretty good service and they may sell you a replacement cheap

But judging by the amount of damage to the tire, I'd say the wheel might need replacing... put up pics if you can to get a more accurate response

Default if you want to get the rim fixed

im sure it's mostly cosmetic damage?

check out www.bentrim.com

i'm ready to take my rims in for some cosmetic refinishing, at a fixed cost of 120 per wheel, it's better than replacing an entire rim!
