Default are the EJ22 turbo and non-turbo ECUs swappable?

say, some cheap bastard (like me! ) wants to turbo his EJ22E. Are the ECUs swappable? I could go grab some higher flow injectors, get that nice one piece header/up-pipe... and there's tons of IHI RHB5 turbos from EA82s around these parts. a downpipe, the cat-back borla exhaust and then a better fuel pump, and I think i'd be set. right?

no, already went down that road ... they use different sensors, i believe, and thus the wiring harness is different.
