Post Isolating an Intake

I have a JC Sports intake on a Legacy 2.5GT. I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to isolate the filter so that it is only getting cool air from outside the engine. Any help would be appreciated.

If the layout is like an RS you just need a piece of PVC/alluminum pipe with a 60 degree bend. Then a straight piece into the fender. I have the part number for a K&N filter that will fit in the fender, if you need it.

Buckbomb - it is not the same, and he already has a 3" tube off the throttle body to the area near the right inner fender. I don't think they Legacy has a hole in the inner fender to feed a pipe through, do they?

My legacy has the plastic scoop right over the headlight that feeds a hole in the fender that used to feed into the airbox. I was trying to think of ways to divert that air to the filter.

Get in on my group buy for 3" Kartboy MAF adapters. Then get a Ractive shielded filter and hook the end up to the hole in the fender wall. This is the easiest and cheapest way I know to do it. I wish Ractive filters were available in 4.5", but they aren't. More complicated ways would involve custom tubing to allow the filter to be mounted inside the fender, or a custom enclosure a la Turn-3, but the Ractive is going to be easier and cheaper.
