Smile Car running rough after link install!( It is fixed))

Ok, I plug everything and started the car. Everything was working but the car was extremly rough. One thing i notice was that if iI turn the ligths on the rpm will fall 50 or 60 point and them will climb up slowly. I think there is a problem with the grounds so I am looking for your help.

here are my settings ( I am no listing all !!

RPm idle 750
Clamp 36 (how this work?)
Overrun vac 20 not sure how this works either?
Can someone explain how this last two works?

I was looking at the wiring harness of the link and the main plug ( the bigger one) is missing one cable. If you look at the plugs that goes in to the link the bigger one is missing a cable at the upper left corner ( looking from the wires side) I am guessing it is a ground wire and that will be the reason why the car was so rough to rev and why it will not maintain the rpm whe I turned the ligths on!!

What you guys think!!

I just found that the injector sequence is messed up!! injector one does not go to injector one in the link!!

Did you try my tuned MAPs? They should give you AWESOME idling.

Yeah, idle 750 is waaay too low, try 900 or 1000.

I find out the problem. Looks like the harness is the problem.

this morning I checked the ECU pinout for the 2000, 2001 and 2002 RS and they are all the same.
then I started looking at the link harness. the injectors are not wire in the correct order ( injector 1 is wire as injector 3 , injector 4 is wire as injector 3) also the coil is is wire wrong number 1 in to 2 and 2 into 1.

bottom line the firing sequence and injector sequence is messed up!
I'll be fixing this tonight and hopefully will fire the car tomorrow!!

I just look at the firing sequence and all the drive from the link and everything seem ok!! Now i am lost.

how can I reset the link?

Yeap. That's where it was shipped to me from.
Elliot, your clamp should be 34. I think 36 is too high.

I found yesterday nigth that one of the grounds was connectec to the rear o2 heater signal. That would explain why the car almost dies when I turn up the ligths. I recheck the wiring harness and that was the only wrong wire.

I'll fire it up again tomorrow and we'll see.

I am also goin to reset the link ( Skywalker suggest it, since sometime the link can be a little off if it is not reset before loading new maps)

Do you reset the link through the software?
