Question Fuel management options...

Over at SPO motorsports I noticed some new (to me) fuel control devices...
ARC 1 Split Second Air Fuel Controller & ARC 2-NE Split Second Air Fuel Controller

Can anyone comment on these? The price seems good if it can provide more than an SAFC...
