Will the ITC helps N/A car??? Would it helps N/A with cams, header, intake and exhaust???

What year is your car? The compression ratio is so high on the MY00-01 that the car's on the verge of pinging anyway, so advancing the timing wouldn't be a good idea.

the 2000 is slightly higher.

99 is 9.7:1
00 is 10:1

Any gains you would achieve would be so minimal it's probably not worth having the CE light go on.

Save your money to have some head work done by Cobb tuning. That seems like the next best mod for you.
