Post A/F running lean, how to fix?

after several visit to the dealer in regards to the CE light, the code pulled up PO130, it wasn't on the manual but the lil ol machine said "A/F lean". is there any way to fix it? i'm thinking O2, but after that gets replaced and the CE light may happen to come on, any Fuel suggestions? thanks

I've heard that you could reset the ecu which causes the car to run extremely rich for a little while until it leans itself out, but other than that I'm not too sure
