Default Avo Bov

just got my avo kit installed and tried adjusting the bov and now it won't open! ive tried the adjuster screw in various positions and even almost all the way out it still won't open. it still moves, just doesn't open...any suggestions??

With low boost it wont cause too much of a problem, but you can get compressor surge, and that will kill your turbo.

You should see a vacuum line that is connected to a bronze fitting on your BOV to the manifold of your engine. I'm pretty sure that has to be on tight so the BOV works properly.

How do you know its not opening? You don't hear the swoosh sound? If you have it venting back into the intake piping, it may be muffled.

If worse comes to worst, just ask Sean at Rallitek.
