Hmmm... lessee if I can remember:

1. Factory alarm upgrade : ~$180 ?? (can't remember, got it on-line via some suby dealer.. it was wayyy cheaper than the dealer-installed option!)
2. Subaru all-weather floormats : ~$40 (on-line via some suby-dealer)
3. Factory cabin-filter thingy: ~$25?? (on-line via some suby-dealer)
4. Samco intercooler hoses: $115
5. Borla Hush cat-back : $450
6. Bosal DP: $230
7. AutoMeter boost gauge: $30 (e-bay)
7. AccessPort: $555 ?.. I forget what the 'original price' was.. it went up in April

Total : ~$1625.00

Not too bad, less than I thought when I started writing this, and I have zero complaints... every upgrade has been worth the $$.

I won't post... being on your second subaru makes those numbers really high... especially when you weren't expecting to have to buy the second one...

Hrrrmm, first car doesn't count, that was about 8000(2.5 RS-T).

The estimated parts costs for the WRX (parts actually on the car that don't automatically deteriorate, like oils)...and I'm sure I am forgetting some things. Labor for clutch and flywheel not included.

Over 9 years of ownership, decent amount of mods/tweaks......I don't even want to know. Just this summer I'll have right around $5,000 into my AWD & 5MT swap, which hopefully will be starting within the next 2 weeks, or at least tear down of the donor car

Yes, but the 22.7K is actual on the car now, and I did take a loss on the stuff off the car, call it 40% average, so I have spent over 26K on the car plus 24K purchase price....
