Default Info on '91 Loyale

1) Exactly how bad is it to tow a '91 loyale for about 55 miles on a car dolly.
I know I should flat bed it, I'm just looking at options.

2) Non-interference head right, so if the timing belt brakes, no damage is done, simply a replace the broken belt fix, correct?

3)1.8l motor, 5 speed, seems to be 4wd, could it be AWD? How much power?

Any info is great!

Lightbulb

Is it 2wd or 4wd?

From the post, I'm thinking it has the shift on the fly 4WD--the part time system where the car is FWD normally. Flatbed would be best in this suituation, but if its manual, you should be able to tow it in neutral with all four wheels on the ground--anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe that the Loyales put our around 100hp, maybe a little less.

Oddly enough, the Loyale, Justy, and XT are the only Subaru models I haven't owned yet.

1) I will assume since its a 91 that it has the pushbutton 4WD 5 speed.. big orange button on top of the shifter knob. Never seen one newer than 90 with the FT4WD(AWD) 5 speed. You can tow it on a tow dolly all day long.

2)Correct, Non-interference. No head replacement when a belt breaks

3) See number 1
