Unhappy PLEASE HELP: My Anodized Volks were sprayed with acid...

Serves me right for taking my subbie to the car wash

I had no idea those morons would use an acid wash on my wheels...and how the brilliant bronze on my TE37s has dulled...

Can ANYONE tell me what I could possibly do?

I called Mackin only to get their RUDE CS to basically laugh at me for takign my car to a wash...

Mothers polish did the trick for a minute...but the shine still isnt the same...

Power coat? re-anodize?

PLEASE HELP

Thank you

This happened to my Bronze volks also. I rewashed my wheels with zaino car soap, put one coat of zaino wax on, then one coat of mother's carnauba wax. This pretty much did the trick on my wheels. it really depends on how long they let the wheel cleaner spray sit on the wheels.

Another option is to try P21s multi-restorer polish, thats what a car detailer tech told me to use.
