Doesn't the UTEC have a base map? Run that? If not call TXS they'll be able to help you.

In the UTEC ver4.2 open-loop fuelling paramters, there is a setting for larger injectors... this is referred to as your injector scaling. Set yours to 740cc and see if it starts and runs reasonably. Play with this number a bit until you get the smoothest starting. You can drive the car now but you should stay out of boost. You could raise the OLF TPS threshold (ECU-to-UTEC cross-over point) to 50% and that should make it drive reasonably, but once again stay out of boost as you will get high EGT as the ECU is trying to maintain stoich A/F ratio.

I drove around for 2 months on the TXS stg4 base map with injector scaling set to 550cc. It bucked like hell on transition and ran pig-rich, but was safe.
Estimate of power is kinda moot cuz it depends on what kind of dyno you are getting tuned on... likely range is 270 - 300whp. |

So guys i put the stage 4 map and parameters on adn went into open loop fueling and changed to 740cc car actually doesnt idle that bad just when giving it gas at idle drops below 500 and then comes back up to stay around like 600 maybe 500...But anyways i jsut drove it around not going into boost like around 2g rpm i have like 950 egt and seeing 12.4 afr on the utec....Anything wrong with this or no...just getting ready to drive on tuesday just want to make sure im good
Noah Thanks By the way what psi should i get this tuned for...what the max i can do i want an aggresive tune but kind of safe ya know |

As for boost, with the TMIC you should be able to "safely" run 18-19psi or so on pump, and probably 22 or 23 on C16 if you go that route. However, every car is different, so ymmv... -Sean |
