Default 111 leaded add timing remove fuel? Ecutek

On race gas how do I adjust for performance? Ecutek is what I'm using.
It's been a while since I ran the 111 and when I do next week I want to make sure I'm not being stupid.
I remember the tuner adding 5 degrees of ignition timing and something about fuel scaling (I think it was lowering it). Am I on the right track here? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Get a wideband! Do you have a catalytic convertor in the exhaust? If so, you may not want to run lead. Also, the lead will shorten the life of your 02 sensors. With a wideband and 110 octane you can tune for 12 to 1 AFR ratio. Tuning without a wideband is suicidal for your engine. You may choose to spend 300 on a wideband or 2000+ on a new motor. You could probably use a deltadash and give your ignition learning 105% on the User Tune function for added timing(if you have the ECUtek reflash). Log and check for knock or low or negative knock correction.

How much will leaded gas shorten the life of O2 sensors? How much do O2 sensors cost? Is it alright to mix leaded with unleaded?

On race gas, increase overall ignition adjustment and decrease open loop fueling adjustment in Live Tuning Adjustment window of your DeltaDash. And yes, you still need a wideband to be safe. You will find more info in the Ecutek forum.
