Default 1 yr, 2months, and 8 days and they finally got me

1st ticket since I got this car on Sat... at least everyone who bet that it would be < 30 days after delivery was wrong

The cops are getting more pathetic every day... the ticket is for failure to use a turn signal, on 476 S

Does that have points? I thought it would because you'd think it was a moving violation, but I can't find anything on whether or not there are any attached to that... PA vehicle code sec 3334 A.

Good 'ole driving tax

In Jersey, I think failure to use a turn signal is just money... if it were an 'illegal turn' failure to yeild to turning vehicle, then it would be points.

I'd most definitely check into your local laws on this one.

I don't know about you, but with State Farm here, every time I make a policy renewal/payment (every 6 months) they send me a little booklet, which has all the listed point infractions for the NJ DMV. I'd check there too, maybe your ins. co. has it, or just do a search online for your local DMV or whatever it is, you can usually find links off of your state's website.

Go to court and fight it. Tell them you willing to pay for the full price of the ticket. Just you don't want the points. Tell them you thought the light was on and it was a mistake on your part.

It's two points. FYI.

Over a year with My EVO Plenty of tickets that I fight in court all the time and win.

Are you sure?

Look at this

http://www.dot3.state.pa.us/pdotform...rms/dl-71p.pdf

I don't see a 3334 on there do you? But does that form contain everything?

according to my wife who works at a district court it is not on her list for points violations but to make sure you need to call P.a.DOT. 1-800-932-4600

failure to signal a lane change... tell me how stupid is that? On 476 S.. people are buzzing by at 100 MPH and I'm nailed for this BS.

Oh, and get this, he made me get out of the car and lectured me. He said "My buddy has this same car and I know it does 150 but that doesn't make it ok, you're not 16 anymore" and then proceeded to lecture me on how I'm risking the life of my girlfriend who was in the car and all this crap. Whatever man... July 31st and you didn't hit your quota... pathetic.

I wanted to say SO BADLY... "So, when you found out the car did 150, did you give your buddy a ticket?"
