89 GL rear drum brake info needed (adjustment cam)

Anyone have information reguarding the adjustment cam assembly (preload adjuster?) for the rear drum brakes on an 89 GL (such as purchase locations or part numbers).

Are you trying to buy new parts for your rear drums??

If so I suggest simply converting to rear disk brakes. A complete setup can be had for $50-60 + cost of turning rotors and replacing pads if you want.

Once you get rear disks you will never miss those drums

for that much...sounds better than fiddling with the small stuff. Where is the best place to look for the whole disc brake assembly to do the conversion? (from what I understand also, the parts are simply interchangeable?) Let me know.

if you car is 2wd you will need disks off a 2wd, 4wd to 4wd.

just grab the whole backing plate/rotor/claiper assembly and you're set

What styles said... get the parts off a Turbocharged GL / GL-10 / RX.

Get the brake line too.
