Smile removing trim pieces

i need to take off some of the interior trim pieces on the b-pillar inside my car so that i can reinstall my seatbelts. any tips or special tools to get the plastic off without breaking things? tia

If you use a screwdriver, be sure to wrap the tip in electrical tape or something so it doesn't scratch the plastic(scratches easily)

just pull gently... should snap off for the most part... u may have to use a screwdriver in places... key is take your time and be gentle so you dont break anything...
