Default ecutek reflash

i have a couple of question about this:
what is the injector dead time on pe650?
is it true that the reflash will banish with time?
would it be wise to just get a standalone like AEM insted of runing a utec and
a reflash?
reazon asked ,I run a stage-4 with a utec but it seems that regarless who tunes the car its just not runing right. the low end of the power band sucks
so bad that i have to let off the gas just enough so the stock ecu runs the car, if not the car just wont go.
mods:
utec
pe1820
pe650cc
perrin up-pipe
perrin light pulley
aps dr500 fmic
aps short ram
turbosmart 50/50 bov
txs manual b.c
and whatever else goes with it.

A reflash won't diminish with time unless you drive like grandma. It retains the ECU's learning capabilities. If you're going to get a reflash, just get the reflash and skip the UTEC on top of it. I don't have any issues with my reflash and love it.
