2002 Impreza WRX

Default HELP!!! cel code PO508. Idle circuit low??

Alright, I have a turboxs mbc, turboxs bov, helix uppipe and downpipe, and just recently got an accessport. I put on stage 2 91 octane...oregon gas.... and then about 2 hours later when i cold started it the cel code came on, i tried clearing it, it didnt work. It jsut came right back. The idle goes up and down from 1700-2200 very jerky, also when i try to go past 5k rpm in first gear the fuel cut defender comes on...and i get a big jerk back in my seat....whats wrong????
