If you can wait a bit, Scott from subaruparts.com is working on getting them. If not, Challengerdeep has them, but you need to buy 11 nuts/bolts and some washers.

Question

I'm a bit confused,

How is the V6 chin different than the V5 chin?

I have a v5 bumper and the chin is molded into it. Is the V6 chin a separate add-on for US bumper skins?

EDIT: Reading my own post, I realized "hey, that doesn't make sense." So here we go:

The pics below are of my 2000RS (ie: the V5 bumper) with a V6 lip on it. A V6 Impreza bumper is simply a V5 bumper with the black chin spoiler on it- the V5 bumper even has the holes for said chin spoiler already drilled into it: The V6 chin spoiler on the V5 bumper is illustrated right hnyah:

Installation instructions available here: http://members.nbci.com/_XMCM/northu...reza/index.htm and follow the link to All Modifications and STi Ver 6 Lip Spoiler, and the part number is available under Part Numbers on the main page drop down menu.

Donjuan and WRXwannabe, yes they are Eurospec headlamp washers, yes I have the OEM switch (fits right in the useless "coin slots" in the center console- change goes in the ashtray), and I need the pump to make them work...researching that now. Peaty and I are kinda collaborating (more like manically plotting) on this one. They were one of the goodies I put on the car during the repairs from the accident. More on the accident and the install of the headlamp washers can be found here: http://members.nbci.com/_XMCM/northu...reza/index.htm under the 'All Modifications' and 'The Crash.' I intend on heating the fluid, to help keep them ice-free over the northeast winters.

Garface: The lip spoiler was part of a group buy I ran: we ordered six direct from the supplier, and they cost $210 plus shipping to whomever bought them(they were actually $200 for the spoilers, but shipping was killer to get all 6 to me, so about $210 a piece).

I do know and the answer is no... it will not fit a ver4 bumper. There is a different spoiler for the ver4 bumper. I actually wanted one of the ver4 lips before I got the ver6.
