Default Do you dream in color? Can you control your dreams?

As to not Hijack this thread http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...94#post7252694
Do you dream in color or b&W?
I have never had a dream in B&W always in color.
Can you control your dreams?
I can always control a portion of them. Like I can make my self do things, but often I can not control other things such as other people or things.

My dreams are in color and B&W. Often, my vision gets cloudy or dark in my dreams. I've had several dreams where I struggle see what's happening.

I can control my dreams. I have always had some control. I started trying to actively control them while taking a psych course that required us to record our dreams. I was able to fly around, and control my actions. I stopped because I enjoy my dreams more when I'm not working to control what's going on.

it's called lucid dreaming, and it is an amazing skill. i could only control my dreams for a short period in my teen years. i remember it took practice. before you went to sleep you had to try to make yourself aware of your thoughts and while dreaming you had to realize it wasn't real.

I dream in color. I can control them by stopping them. If I have a dream that makes me anxious, I tell myself, "I don't have to do this, I can wake up" and I do. I can't control anything else though.

I once dated a guy who planned what he'd dream before he went to bed. "Tonight, I'll dream about...." Like that. He had several recurring dreams that he'd choose from and ocne asleep they only varied slightly.

I can control them if I try, but sometimes it seems I am not supposed to control my dreams and I end up waking up because of it. I do B&W and Color, sometimes it will switch halfway. I have had many recurring dreams where I make a different outcome or different details along the way.

I rarely remember my dreams, which stinks. I have a lot of action movie type dreams, so I'm guessing my life is boring.

I dream in color and sometimes when it's a nightmare I love to take over the dream. Sometimes though I realize it's a dream and just let take its course to see what happens.

my dreaming sucks. they feel like i'm actually living them, btu i can't control them. i've had nightmares about being chased and woken up completely exhausted. it sucks. i only remember one time that i dreamed in color, but the only colors i remember are blue and peach (flesh color).

I haven't remember my dreams in a long time.

But I do remember them being in color and having no control. Although they would get pretty surreal on a regular basis.
