Kind of except they allow you to use the us version license plat on japanese made holes. No need to drill.

Yes the scoops would fit just fine. The scoops are 200.00 each. not in stock right now.

They are unpainted. They fit the 02-03 wrx and it comes with all the hardware. Nice lips to have.
