Post HID owners please read

is after market HID the same as OEM HID?

and

which after market is the best?

I found these: http://www.autodynamic.com/hid_philips.htm and at $695.00 it does not seem that bad, if it is OEM quality or better.

thanks,
-wop

I'm pretty certain that OEM HID systems come with "auto leveling" and a high-beam... I don't believe that the Philips system has either, but it is a TRUE HID.

Question

But we if ues it then we won't be able to use high beam anymore coz those HID are for low beams only and the HID bulb has only one filament so no more high beam to use.

If you want HID with BOTH high beam and low beam, the only choice is here http://www.hitechimportlighting.com/bellofhid.htm

but the price is doubled around $1400 US
