Default 91, 92, 93 and 94 octane

In my area, I have gas from 91 all the way to 94 octane. I know tunning from 91 octane to 93 octane is very different, and a lot of HP can be found. but if I tuned my car to 94, versus 93 [which is more available than 94] is there that much of a difference?

Other words, will tunning my car to 94 make HP than 93?

It really depends on who's tuning your car and how good they are. You could give someone 100 octane, but if they can't tune, it's not worth much.
