Default AP problem for FXT

Okay...I downloaded the latest maps from the cobb website yesterday. Ver.1.02 I believe it is. Uploaded them into my accessport no prob. So I try loading the stage 1 base map into my fxt ecu and everything seemed fine until it hit 56% then completely stopped! It's stuck on 56%! I waited a good 45 minutes but absolutely nothing happened! I followed the directions completely to set it up but it won't load beyond 56%. So I pulled the connector and tried again...same thing. OK somethings definately wrong. Unplugged everything (even the green connectors underneath) then hooked everything back up and tried loading the stock map....Same thing. Now my car is stuck and will not start.

I was thinking the latest 1.02 maps were the problem but if thats the case then why does the stock map have the same problem?!? It's about 2am here so I can't call cobb till the morning. Man this pisses me off! I'm probably going to have to send cobb my ecu and have them reflash it. I'll let you guys know what they say

Yea I posted this msg over there too. I know...I know...cross posting is bad but I had to open up all my options

**update**
Okay I called cobb this morning and spoke with Justin and he says I have to pull my ecu and send it overnight along with my AP. I asked him if it might be a problem with the new ver. 1.02 maps and he says it might be but he can't be sure untill he looks at my ecu. So my ecu and AP are in the mail to arrive there tomorrow around 10:30.

BTW Thankyou to Justin for taking my call right away and handling the matter in a professional way.

Ok...Problem fixed

First let me say the Cobb customer service is second to none! They stand behind their product 100% and treat you with respect. I overnighted my ecu and ap tuesday and they recieved it wednesday morning. They worked on it that day, fixed the problem, then overnighted it back to me the same day! I recieved it this morning just as I woke up having my morning coffee! What a way to start the day

I immediately ran over to work (thats where it died) and plugged the ecu in and fired her right up Not only that they guys also initialized the ecu with my new AP and preloaded the stage 1 93 map as I requested! Justin and all you guys over at Cobb YOU ROCK!! Anyone considering purchasing something from Cobb Tuning all I can say the customer service is worth it alone.

As for the problem, though I didn't get all the details, it seems like I had an older accessport that for some reason was not compatible with the newer version 1.02 maps and when I went to upload them into my ecu it kept freezing. I bought my AP from Hot Subaru when they first came out so I guess some of the early models had some problems? Don't know. Anyways i'm just glad I got my car up and running.
