Cool The OBS is no longer for sale

Anyone wanna buy a '97 SR5 4x4 4Runner? Tan leather, 5spd, towing package, new tires (Yoko Geolander), new shocks, Mobil 1 oil, Viper alarm.

I let my wife drive the OBS for a few days and she decided to sell the 4x4 and keep the Outback.

She's already looking for a roof spoiler for it and she made me cancel the sale of the WRX wheels I have. She wants me to get some projector style foglights and mount them in the factory bumper plugs. She's insisting on keyless entry and wants remote start so she can cool the car off before loading the kids up. I'm also required to move her JVC MP3 playing stereo and her hardwired V1 from the 4Runner to the OBS.

Last night she asked me how to make it faster. I told her that we'd need to do an engine swap. It's not a high priority but I will be keeping my eye out for a really good deal on a USDM WRX swap (engine, harness, ecu, manual tranny, and rear diff).

She checked out Rebellion's pics and thinks that the RS bumper conversion looks good, but she doesn't want to spend the cash on it now, we've already go the hood and headlights. I may remove the mudflaps, they tend to scrub the pavement when cornering anyway. We might get some RS sidskirts, dunno yet.

yeah... RS bumper conversion is pricey... ... you at least have already been upgraded to the 98+ bumper.

Glad to see it's staying around. if I had cash I'd do more work to mine (AGX's, highflow cat, and headers were my plans if I did)

too bad the twins are so far apart.

Book on it is $9185 so consider the asking price to be $9200.

So the woman won her ebay auction for a spoiler. She only really wants the top spoiler so if you're interested in a waist spoiler stay tuned, as the one that we get will soon be for sale.

www.allsubaru.com has the cool Ver 1-4 front bumper (like the one pictured above) for less than $200! And it is correct for the headlights you already have!!!
