Southwest corner of Rural and Guadalupe in Tempe. I work at the Hobby Action store you were parked in front of. I am assuming you work in the plaza there because your car was in the parking lot for my whole shift (10a-3:30p). Nice looking car.

On saturday afternoon I was out fishing at Canyon Lake. Saw a few wrx's or sti's cruising across the bridge heading toward Tortilla Flats. Looked like a white, blue and grey. I was bit further back in the cove so couldn't get a real clear view of them.

We made it all the way to the fish creek bridge if you know where that's at. It was rough going on that road. Deeper in there aren't as many deep ruts but the washboard is still bad. Still a fun drive but I am not riding on STI suspension either.
I'll post pics of the drive tomorrow when I am off of work.

I agree, we took the wifes legacy up there and it wasn't nearly as bad. The one time I was going up there in my car, I thought I would have rattled all the screws loose by the time I got there, so turned around and spent a couple extra hours at Canyon.

Did you guys happen to catch the miata accident? There were like 4 of them while I was driving up there, along with a couple cops on the side of the road and an ambulance cruising back toward the opposite direction. I just saw one of the guys and the cop overlooking a steep drop and a bunch of shrapnel on the road. I didn't stop to see what had happened, just looked like it could have been bad.

We got there shortly after it had happened. Cops hadn't shown up yet. One miata was on the opposite side of the road where the drop off is with the driver side missing and two other miatas on the other side of the road. Didn't look to bad, the person who I assume was the driver, was holding the front quarter panel staring at the car in disbelief. As we drove by one of them yelled to watch out for motorcycles.

Probably just thinking how lucking that guy was. Miata with top down in a collision, bad. Miata with top down rolling off a cliff, really bad.
