Tonight, around 7.45ish PM, i was filling up at a gas station on Hayden and McKellips, when i saw 3 WRB WRX, fly by heading west on McKellips, sounded wicked nice. Then moments later, WRB wagon headed north on Hayden....

I've been spotted. I have the STi with the rally wing. The 07 STi on gold wheels is my friend Trevor and the bugeye WRX with the STi wing is his girlfriend Bethany. I needed e85 so we were headed to Scottsdale & McKellips before going to the Friday night JDM Fresh meet.

I saw 2 of you heading back as I was heading there around 8:45-9 ish.

I saw a silver WRX or STI going the other way (downhill) on the dirt uphill just outside tortilla flats the tourist stop. Deuces were exchanged & I gave a friendly hella honk.

That was a fun drive. I'll try & join y'all next time now that I'm more familiar with those blind hairpins.

Btw, my subby was so dirty afterwards that you'd swear my RA Mudflaps were grey with silver lettering...

Are you sure it wasn't a silver Lgt with gold sti BBS rims? I was the second car to leave and saw a newer WRX or sti headed up as I was leaving?

Def a fun fun time today and glad I was halfway home by the time it hit 100 lol

That was me. Didn't notice the rims. I had to focus on the road. Did the person beep his hella horns? If so, that was me in my '13 sti. I didn't see any other subbies after yours, but it did stop at the overlook nearby to take pictures.

The stop itself in tortilla flat was neat, and the food was good.
