I was at Kngpin the other day, $700 for the reflash/tune at the shop. I think I'll get this done next week.

I am going to be receiving my Hydra in the next few days. I currently have an ECUtek reflash and it is going up for sale. Let me know if you are interested and maybe I can save you some money.

yea if you just need a licensed ECUTEK ecu and your tuner can just charge you for tuning time, get a used ECU. that'll be the cheapest by far.

Rally performance also seem to have a special on, which includes Y pipe and up-pipe.

All reflashes are not created equal. Take into account the reputation and previous results of your tuner. Results will and do vary with the relative experience of the tuner.

If you just need a license buy a used ECU and pay a reputable tuner to flash in a good map or pay for a dyno tune.

IMO its a good investment to trust your car to a tuner who has invested a lot of time and money in R&D. They of course need to recover these costs in the price of the product. A few extra bucks spent here is money well spent. You spent thousands on the car why risk it now?

You're better off to exercise your desire to save money by looking for cheap bolt on parts which are less likely to impact the longevity of your car..... e.g. one brand X exhaust from vendor 1 is the same as brand X exhaust from vendor 2. Make NO mistake, ECU reflashes are not similarly equivalent.
