Default FS: AP Racing 4-pots and 2000 RS

This is what you get

Pic not working right now (email for pics)
I've decided to try and sell my beloved 2000 RS and am trying to move some of the parts it once had.

These are AP Racing 4 piston calipers (same as come with the new kits for $2600). Originally unpainted I had them powdercoated red. They are completly rebuildable and come with a few extras.

The rotors are AP as well and are 310mm by 28mm (requires 17" wheels to fit)

All mounting hardware is include (except for brakelines) plus you will get an anti-rattle kit and new piston seals both are in the package.

A less than half worn set of Hawk HPS pads is also included

Note: This is the "Track" kit, therefore there are no external dust seals on the pistons. I live in Denver, and have used these on my daily driver for almost a year and a half now. I've encountered no problems as long as I allowed the brakes proper time to warm up on freezing days. Just wanted to let you know.

Price $1000 or best offer (I paid $1600 for them used)

Right now my net access is a little sketchy but I will try to respond ASAP
I would prefer a local sale but am open to shipping

I also have many more pictures of these available (mounted and off) shoot me an email if you'd like to see more.

Thanks

Where are you located?

Do you have any info on your for-sale RS?

I'm in Dever (just east of downtown).

No info listed for the car, as I haven't "officially" put it up for sale

But I guess now is as good a time as any
Just I quick rundown:

2000 RS Coupe 5mt BRP

Mods:
Prodrive P1 Suspension
Prodrive P7's w/ Yoko ES100's
ScoobySport mid pipe and exhaust (Hayward & Scott made)
STI Engine and tranny mounts
Stainless Brake lines
AP Racing 4-pot fronts (off right now)

That's about it. The car has about 45,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident (aside from a little bumper scraper, now fixed) and is beautiful condition.

Am only selling because I'm trying to buy a house

Reply if you need more info pics or price

Thanks

Edit: Just noticed that you've got an old turbo, I'll be in need of another car and might be willing to do some kind of trade? Just wanted to throw that out.

Is there really no one interested.

Buy these brakes and women will want you, men will want to be you, and your suby will stop on a friggin' dime yall

Just my $.02

PS: I'm kind of a computer idiot, therefore pics won't come up. But you can link to the picture by looking into its properties and linking from there. Good luck

I'm kinda shopping for something to use all of the parts i have on the car right now. Stuff has been breaking on the wagon, such as the antenna, driver seatbelt, leaky sunroof, etc...along with a growing rust problem.

If someone was willing to put some serious time and money into it, i think it can be brought back. I feel the need for something new after four years.

Quite understandable. So I guess my RS is a little more than what you were looking for?

Anybody else out there looking for a well taken care of and tastefully modded RS?

Sorry it's taken me so long to post back, just been real busy lately.

As far as the car goes I'm looking to get $13,000 out of it as is.

If you ask nicely I might just throw in the AP Brakes as well.

Let me know if this sounds interesting with a PM or at 720-217-2246

I picked up a 2000 Legacy GT Limited. I'd love the brakes, but i need to spend money on going faster first.

that sounds like you have a nice car...but seems like you are asking about 2k more then what the Blue Book on the car is....a 2000RS goes for around 10.5K-11K....
