Default DEI window rollup module/window problem?

ever since i installed my alarm w/ the roll up module my passenger side window will not go further than half way up using the one touch feature. even if i hold the botton it will still not close 100% (i have to give it a couple tries) the driver side window now started doing this same thing while the sunroof suffers from a simliar problem as it doesnt want to open without "help". all these issues are intermittent which kills me cuz i dont know where to look. i have the resistance for the window module all the way up. im just trying to figure out if anyone has ever had something like this happen, i searched and found nothing of the sort. i hope its not the motors/regulators going bad cuz ill have to peel off a hefty chunk of brown bread to get to them.

thanks in advance,
Nate

A tough problem. I havent had mine long enough to encounter any issues. You stressed the one touch issue.
So the question is , does it also stop when using the alarm fob? or only when using the power switch?

I wasn’t sure if I was clear in what I was asking.
Here is how I would check to see if the problem was from the car or for from the alarm/power window module.
I would disconnect the connector going into the power windows module. Then I would run a shunt wire from switch side and motor side of the up and down wires.
This in effect would restore control strictly to the power switch. Then operate normally and see what happens. If it continues to happen then it is either the power switch or motor.
