Default Blew the I/C piping off the bottom of the stock intercooler

wow... i was running 20 psi, beating a single turbo supra and blew the pipe closest to the turbo on the bottom of the factory intercooler right off.... that was cool... thought i blew it up though...easy 10 minute highway fix...

Firstly, Running 20 psi should have tripped your boost cut/fuel cut. Secondly, 20 psi on the stock turbo is useless, hot air (anything past 16 psi is pushing the stock turbo's effeciency level into negative power). Thirdly, if you could technically hold 20 psi without the ECU holding you back, you probably should have fried a piston.

You were beating the supra? Really cause I was there last night and coulda have sworn you got beat by him AND an SRT-4 pretty much at the same time.
Oh and Diversion I believe he's running a vf22. Sorry but vf22 wrx against a t-64 supra..... anywho Supra ower wants to run you again this Sat if you're game.

and 20psi on the plastic intercooler pipe, yeah that's smart and you are definitely the first one to have broken one of those

Yeah I was there too, you were definately NOT beating him.. Your pea shooter spools quick so you get a jump, but the race was to 120 and about 90 he freight trained you, momentarily later your IC pipe popped.

Ahh, cool! A stweet wace et wuz! 20psi is the shizzle! I'm N/A but plan on putting 20lbs of sand on my intake for 20lbs of pressure. Should be interesting! (J/K, don't do this at home kids).
