I think ive finally been scammed on nasioc

blaznc cashed a check of mine, but no response to calls/emails/pms.

Sorry, wish I could help but I'm in Phoenix. You can sue him and possible report this to the local prescott police department. Especially since you have his name, address, and phone. What happened last time you tried calling his phone number is it still connected? Just an FYI for others, Never pay by cash, check, mo, unless your picking it up locally.

i finally got a hold of him on the phone. he was all like uhh ive been moving (for 2 months!!). said he would have a tracking # in the email by the evening. guess what nothing. goddamnit

You can either sue him in small claims court or try calling the prescott police department and see if they will do anything.
