Default Going to be selling and parting out my '02 wagon

I don't post here much but thought I would see if there's any interest. I'm very active in the pdxwrx group. My wagon is going to be going back to stock within the next week or so. The exterior is going to stay the same as it looks in the pictures (wheels, tires, springs, vinyl, stereo, etc.). But the guts are going to be stock.
http://public.fotki.com/thecoolestguyalive/ (under my wrx)
If you know anyone who is interested, feel free to contact me. The car is going up on ebay soon for $18.5K. It has 26K miles on it. It is in near perfect condition.
I'm going to be getting a STI, so all of the transferrable parts will be going on that. A lot of the parts will be up for sale. I'll let everyone know here what will be available soon.

I wish you luck on the eBay thing. Hopefully you will be able to find a new home for your wagon. I bought my Wagon off of eBay this past spring. door.

I'll send you a email with the parts I'm interested in. By the way....sweet lookin wagon! You should be able to get what your asking for it.

I like the random pics you have also, some funny stuff in there.

Wow,,, a lot of questions,,, looks like I came to the right place..

westin_impreza - YES,,, I am selling the Recarros. They are dark blue and are the SRD model complete with Recarro floor brackets. I also have a Corrabou Racing Harness that can go with it. I am asking $725 for them (with the harness) plus a pair of stock seats. I paid $1300 around a year ago for them. They are awesome seats. Stock seatbelts still work perfectly. I would love to put them into a STI, but I can't seem to find a pair of stock seats anywhere. I was a dumbass and sold my set a while back. We can do the swap any day. These are ready now.

tescrex - regarding the oil catch can,,, I am going to keep this for the STI.

skullguy - regarding the FMIC and CO2 kit,,, I am going to keep this for the STI. About the battery cables for the Optima Battery,,, hehe,, the cables are connected together by a bunch of electrical tape from the factory. Basically you have to cut the tape so you can get a couple inches of slack. All you need is a couple inches and the Optima battery will work fine. Install on the battery took me about 2 hours.... Never thought a battery install would be so tough. About the tails,, that's actually an "outdoor tint" that I applied with a heat gun and carefully cut out the clear part of the taillight. I would trade someone wagon tails for $50 if they would like it. The light from the brake shines through great. No problems with the police.

******* Now,, about all the parts that I hope to transfer over to the STI,, IF something bad happens and I'm not able to get the STI, I might have a boatload of parts (FMIC, CO2 Fogger, dress up, gauges, etc. etc.) that will be for sale. The part out will be happening within the next week. I should know how all of the STI parts are going to pan out within the next month.

If you don't move the Recaros, I have a thought...my wagon is in the stereo shop for an indefinite stint...I'd pull the seats for you to throw in your wagon so that you can keep the Recaros for the STI in exchange for rights to your STI seats (negotiable interest of course)...PM me if you're interested...

turbo04 - I'll put your name down for the sway bars. I've got a couple people ahead of you interested, but if they fall through,,, they're yours. I'll hopefully let you know within the next 10 days.

skullguy - sounds great for the FMIC and CO2 fogger if my sti deal falls through. Feel free to contact me any time. You might want to come over and see them in person on the car before they're pulled off. It will just solidify your decision and let you know they're in perfect shape. My phone number is 360-882-9062. I'm in Vancouver too,,, so you can't be far. You can swap me tails then if you like too... I'll be free tonight (wednesday) and thursday and sunday...

abaxter34 - the perrin exhaust will be going on the sti. again,,, there's always a possibility I won't get one,, if that ends up being the case,, you can have first dibs. It's the latest version with a divorced wastegate and is catless.
