Cool North Bay Meet: Accidents, Tickets, and General Mayhem

What a great drive!!

It was great to meet more northerners and drive on some of the twistiest roads that I have EVER been on!

I'll find a web host for the pictures and post some as soon as I do.

Y'all RAWK!!!

Ahhh! What a day! That was allot of fun. Let's do it again right away. Only next time I hope nobody goes off the road.

Man, I am still amazed by Andy's red wagon, that thing handles great.

Sorry about the crappy parking at Oak Flats. It looked like everyone else had the same idea about going to the lake. The other parking lot worked out pretty good though. Except for that chicken ***** Sheriff who gave me a damn ticket. I can't believe I got a ticked for a missing front plate in the middle of the boonies. I was wondering when I was going to get popped for it. I just didn't imagine it would be during a Scooby run and in the country. Wonders never cease. Well I still had a great time and I hope to see all of you again soon at another Scooby run.

Phillip,

Your car sounded awesome when you blew all of us away in Pope Valley. I hope you didn't get lost on your way home. Glad you came up. Hope to see you again.

Paul..

I just got a "TAD" lost I waited for you guys at the stop sign, figuring you would be coming up, you never did. So I went back and found the turn off, but then was going a bit to fast and only saw the sign for St. Helena spilt off as I was blazing by, since I really didn't know if that was the right way or not, I just kept going....and going....and going..... I got home around 6:30pm Oh well, next time I will make sure I have a map of the area.

Anyone know what to do with a $65 ticket for no front license plate?

Philip

Hey Phillip,

Yes! Napa Cop's are the biggest pricks in the world! That was a lot of fun. Hopefully I'll have my STI struts in and those crappy RE-92's off my car! Those things were howling the whole time. Skaggs road next time guys!

Ahh.. I know Skaggs, when you guys thinking of going? Luckily, there's no traffic on that road, but unfortunately one way in/one way out. I went that way once, hoping to short-cut to Hwy 37, DOH! Gov'ment got it blocked!

Later,
-Adam
