Default Thinking about buying a WRX, couple of questions

I'm thinking about trading in my lightly modded Mazdaspeed Protege for a WRX.

Couple of questions --

1. What is the bolt pattern for a 2004 or 2005 WRX? I have snow wheels/tires in 5x114.3 pattern from my MSP, just want to know if I could use them.

2. Warranty concerns...how is Subaru with honoring warranties? Like if I bring in my stock WRX for engine or tranny problems, will they automatically assume it was abused? (This is a problem with Mazdas....one of the reasons I'm considering jumping ship)

Thanks!
~Justin
