Question Clunking noise after clutch change

I just finished up installing a '00RS tranny, Exedy OEM clutch and an ACT Streetlite flywheel into my 98RS. The previous owner said that the tranny was ok. I trust what he says. I pulled the driveshaft and halfshafts to do it. There is a thump-thump-thump-thump-thump-thump noise that seems to match road speed not engine speed. It happens in every gear or out of gear while coasting. It's not noticeable under acceleration. It seems to be coming from the rear of the car as I don't feel it in the steering wheel. It happens when I drive in a straight line. I had the front wheels off, but not the rears. I also noticed a squeak-squeak-squeak at the same rate. It appears to be coming from the right side of the car, I can't tell if it is front or rear. It also goes away under acceleration. And it goes away when I turn right slightly. The thumping stays when I turn as far as I could tell.

I just had the same symptoms. Same problem.... Same Solution. Just had a cold snap, must have loosened off then.

I love the search feature.
