Default OK guys need a heads up...Installing clutch kit and flywheel

Well my clutch is just about gone in my 2000 2.5RS, I'm gonna be replacing it at my dealership with one of my co-workers (one of audi's B men)
We have all the propper equiptment, tools, lifts, tranny jack, etc.

I'm prolly gonna be installing either and oem exedy clutch kit or the organic exedy clutch kit with an ACT streetlite flywheel. Yes i know not top notch parts but thats all i can afford.

Now my question is....has anybody done this? i know you swap guys have

Can someone give me a rundown on the process and what to look out for.

We work on audis all day long which is a pain in the ass and they say "if you can work on an audi, you can work on anything" But this time "anything" is MY car and i want to be extra carefull.

So any input would be great.. i appreciate it a lot and thanks ahead of time.
