At the Track Teh official COM Sept. NHIS thread

Since xstar's too lame to create a new thread I figured I would. A bunch of us are running - xstar, CTKAG, myself - and some of us may be spectating.

We could drive up there Saturday morning, and get a place near the track to stay for Saturday evening. I'd also be up for leaving on Friday evening and staying there two nights, depending on how expensive it gets

So:
1. Who's going?
2. Are you interested in caravanning?
3. Interested in splitting up lodging?

Raj

I'm going, but I'm only signed up for the drivers ed day. I'm thinking about sticking around and helping out for the time trials, but not sure yet. If I do, I'd be happy to split on lodging.

BTW, I'm slow

I will be there.

I will most likely go up Friday night & stay at the 'Roof'

I suppose I should book myself a room seeing as it's only two weeks away.

I was thinking of heading up there on Saturday the 25th to say hello, hang out, etc..

Do they allow spectators to be passengers with instructors or other participants? (If so I'll bring my helmet.)

I have an autox on Sunday, so I can't be at NHIS.

I will be there.
I will probably be in need of coffee.
I will be sleeping at home, as my flight lands in Boston returning from Road Atlanta at about 10:30 PM Fri. night.
I have made arrangements to have both the Miata and the STi there

Dang - the 'Roof' appears to be booked - have to come up with other alternatives.

Paul - only instructors can give rides and I believe you need to be a COM member to get a ride.

That's cool. I sort of figured.

Maybe I'll bring my camera instead and try to get some shots of you all. If the weather is crappy I'm staying home.

I can talk to the woman and see if you all can crash at my place. It's Exit 4 off of Rt93. It took me about 30-45min to get to NHIS yesterday.

How many folks are interested in sleeping in NH for free?

Guys, if you need a place to crash Friday night and/or Saturday let me know. We could order take out Friday and maybe do a barbecue on Saturday night. I have to get up early Sunday morning for an autox, but I figure you'll all be getting up early too.

We have a full size futon and an air mattress, a couch, and plenty of floor space.

If your allergic to cats stay away.

I'm planning on heading up Saturday to hang out and check the event out.

Thanks Paul - you're a champ

I'll go with it too. Just keep your cat(s) away from Alex - he seriously traumatizes them!

Cool guys. Don't worry about the cats, no one will top Wagonmonster. He threw one off the balcony!

Let me know if you're coming Friday night and Saturday or just Saturday. I'll e-mail you directions and stuff.

Paul - I would love to accept your offer - I'm coming up from CT, so I'd like to stay Friday & Saturday. I have my own Aero-bed & cats are fine.

Has anyone heard about garage space? I know I want a spot.
