Exclamation 92 j22t on the fritz

yeah so here is some background the car is a 92 legacy wagon with a factory 2.2 turbo. so now where this gets complicated. i have two problems the first being that i want to upgrade turbo and intake? what can i do and where can i get it. money is no object but would like to keep cost down if possible. second is when you put it to the floor the "power" mode is spossed to kick on and do whatever well the car likes to kick it on whenever it so wishes no matter what i am doing. what can i do? any input would be much appreciated.

Not sure what your power mode problem is... the power light is supposed to come on under hard acceleration.
