Question Wheel bolt snapped off

It seems when my Mechainc put my new tires on it seems like he messed up on thr right front wheel. I could not get the Bolt off, thinking maybe he used an air tool I was trying to get the bolt off using all my body weight until the Thing Snapped right off.

My Question is How do you replace it, and how is it done? I only took the wheels off checking the brake pads.

Take it back and tell the stupid ass to press a new one into your hub. Wait, don't he'll probably screw that up too. Any tire place should be able to fix it.
