Default does the link plus have 10deg advance on an rs statically ?

ive been reading all wrx guys say they have 10 degrees of timing no matter what using the link so 5 degrees is actually 15 etc

so does that mean my rs has the same thing? i should set my static timing for 10 then by doing that would setting like row 105 at 0 degrees be 10 in reality, and setting like even 105 again at 5 be 10 degrees?

thanks
alex

I dont think its adjustable...rather is static for everyone because of hardware setup
