The ultimate compliment so far on the web was a guy who said I was the best paintshopper on the computer he had ever seen. The thing in the flesh is awesome to see and the sound of the equal length twin scroll setup at 7000 rpm is sweet.. If i don't say so myself.

I've had people think that parts were photoshopped onto and off of my car before. I can understand why they'd think that about your car!
That is a lot of hard work. I hope you enjoy it. It must be fun. What does it weigh?

Ran it on the weekend for the first time. 12.9 @ 108. Forgot to put the tailgate down which acts as a parachute ( dont run a torneo cover as I cut the clips off the bodywork.). Good for another 5 mph with it down . Also changing into 5th before the line which I don't need to do. So all in all it should be good for a flat to low 12. I'll be out again this weekend, first drive last weekend.

187kw atw which in hp talk is about 250 hp at the treads or about 330hp at the engine.
v7 jdm engine, variable cams,6 speed box with operating dccd, brembos all round, r180 rear dif, custom 3 inch tail shaft, motec m800 plug and play,3 inch exhaust, fmic,vf 37 twin scroll turbo with sti equal length race tuned exhaust manifold. Off the line through the first 3 gears it wants to boogie.

Now now, I have always built my cars on the basis there is someone out there with one bigger, better and faster and I have no doubt this one is the same.

The car is a daily driver, not a show car, not a drag car, just a fun piece of gear. Anyway glad you all like it. The theme was sti brumby. Other than the body and a couple of parts being brat ( brumby) , the car is a full impreza sti my03 JDM. From the wrc blue paint to the gold factory 17's to the engine to the 6 speed box, it's all there. Now you have seen how sweet it is go down to your local subaru dealer with the pics or the web link and demand to put your order in now for the new my05 sti brat! That'll stir up some dealers. By the way subaru if your reading do I still have warranty on this thing?

Bestest Subaru ever. Nothing much else to say, well done indeed. You should build a bash-bar to protect the IC though - I can almost hear the horrid sound that would occur when backing out of a parking spot and leaving the front-mount sitting on the curb...
Again, excellent work. Have you thought about putting those great 'BRAT' decals back on the sides? -ghosting them in the paint would be cool...
