Default New Products at Promotional Pricing, Lateral links, End Link, and Collars

Guys,

We just finished developing new line of adjustable aluminum lateral links. As of right now, we have full pilloball versions for WRX (sedan and Wagon), RS, and STi. See below for some pictures.

These are with steel pillowballs for STi and WRX (below). Promotional price is $525 +S&H for first 3 customers, $660 afterwards.

These is a version with aluminum pilloballs, promotional price is $705 +S&H for first 2 customers, $880 afterwards.

To my knowledge, there are the only adjustable lateral links that are LIGHTER than the stock units.

They are made from true aircraft aluminum alloy (7075) and feature sealed and teflon lined shperical bearings for maximum perfomance. We also use custom nuts to allow for easy adjustment.

If this is not sufficient for you, within next few weeks we will also offer TITANIUM and CARBON FIBER versions .

We will also have 6-piece sets for WRX and STi as well as non-pillowball (bushing) versions for those that compete in autocross and are limited in what you use.

Send us an email if you are interested, they will eb added to our website soon but you can only get the promotional pricing though here.

We also offer full line of end links, adjustable versions as well.

Thanks
Dariusz

Are these for the 04' Sti or 05' as they have totally different setups?

What will be included in your 6 piece sets for the STi?

Ours are full pillowball (not 6 pilloballs and 2 bushings like the STi). Our lateral links are also adjustable (+/- .5 in.) and thwy are lighter as well.

Yes, the 05' and 04' set-ups look different, but the only real difference in that the location of the end link bracket is slightly different and the overall length is different.

The six piece set will include 4 lateral links, they will look the same as the front links on the pictures (ones without brackets), and end links with "boxes" that will mount directly to the hub thus increasing effectiveness of the sway bar.

Stock links (WRX) are 8.7 lbs
Our steel pillowball links are 6.9 lbs
Our aluminum pillowball links are 5.9 lbs

I do not have final info on the titanium and carbon fiber liinks, but they will be under 5 lbs for sure.

Thanks for all the complements guys.

Brad,
Pics of the six piece sets will be ready next week. The set will be basically 4 front lateral links (ones without end link brackets) and two end links with "boxes" like the ones you can see on our website HERE near the bottom. The aluminum pillowball 6 piece set will have aluminum (red) end links and not steel (gold) that are shown.

Pricing:
Steel pillowball 6-piece: $575 promotional and $720 afterwards
Aluminum pillowball 6-piece: $795 promotional and $990 afterwards

Really good looking stuff. Just went on your website, I have a question regarding your rear end link w/boxes. Pardon my lack of experience, but how do they (rear link boxes) bolt to the lateral link? Do they fit inside?
Question 2) Of your pics above, the WRX lateral links are the second and fourth picture?
I may give you a call tomorrow....I'm interested.

Our warranty is 2 years from date of purchase.
We have end links (front and rear) as well as lateral links for WRX sedan or wagon.

The boxes mount between the rear lateral link and the hub and the long 14mm bolt goes through them. This way your sway bar act directly on the hub and not through lateral link. That increases effectiveness of the sway bar.

The WRX lateral links are 2nd and 4th pictures.

The pillow-ball lateral links make your suspension much more responsive and precise since there are no bushings that compress under cornering loads, they also rotate up and down freely vs. bushings that have to twist since they cannot rotate. If you do a search for pillow-ball lateral links, you'll find a lot of people recommend them.

dwx,

I sent you a PM.

Thank you for your interest guys.

Dariusz,

I know you guys are working on a lot of new products, when are trailing arms slated for development/release?

Guys the Poltec stuff is top notch, espeically w/the promo pricing. When I had my car aligned Darin from West End (Gardena, CA) commented on the quality of the lateral links.

I am glad that you like the lateral links.

The trailing arms are a couple of months away but definitely before the end of the year, we are also working on some hollow sway bars.

Regarding the release of these link for WRX wagon applications?? Will the promotional pricing be in effect for these, as well?

also, can you comment on the steel used in the links....vs. aluminum,CF, etc. I'm concerned about corrosion and loss of usage that comes with that. Which (I would think) is a huge concerned in Chicago considering how much salt they put on the roads....

thanks
mike

BTW, pretty pieces...too bad they go under the car.

Mike,

The promotional pricing also includes WRX Wagon/RS version. This version IS ALREDY AVAILABLE (both steel and aluminum) and we have them in stock, the links look almost identical to the WRX links, they are just 10mm (3/8 inch)shorter.

As far as your concerns about corrosion, the full aluminum version will definitely preserve its looks and functionality almost indefinitely as aluminum is very resistant to corrosion. The steel pillow-balls are clear coated but they will show signs of corrosion sooner or later, this however should not impact their functionality or strength for many years. Both versions have seals that protect the bearing sliding surfaces that are Teflon lined so that guaranties that they will perform as intended for the lifetime of the car.

BTW, we are located near Chicago (Orland Park area), so if you decide to get the links you might pick them up and save some more.

Thanks

The steel front end links for RS are about 1.3lbs/set and the aluminum are about 1.0lbs/set.
